Recipe Description

This tagliatelle serves four and is the perfect dinner for a cozy night in, or a quick yet impressive dish to serve guests.

Steps

1.Cook the Pasta: Boil the tagliatelle according to the package instructions.
2.Sauté Mushrooms: While the pasta cooks, heat 2 tbsp of ÍON Hazelnut Oil in a pan. Sauté the chopped mushrooms until golden.
3.Add Garlic: Toss in the garlic and sauté for another 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
4.Finish the Sauce: Stir in the butter, season with salt and pepper, and add the parsley.
5.Assemble the Dish: Drain the tagliatelle and combine it with the mushroom mixture. Sprinkle with toasted hazelnuts, grated Parmesan, and a final drizzle of our cold-pressed hazelnut oil for an extra layer of flavor.

– 500g of mixed mushrooms, chopped @garryhinchmushrooms
– 2 tbsp ÍON Hazelnut Oil
– 500g tagliatelle
– 6 small cloves of garlic, chopped
– 2 tbsp butter
– Salt & black pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped
– 1/3 cup toasted hazelnuts ( half chopped and half whole )
– Grated Parmesan cheese
– Drizzle of ÍON Hazelnut Oil
