Recipe Description

This healthier version of chocolate brownies brings a delightful coffee kick and the texture of almonds, making it a must-try dessert!

Steps

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Spread the mixture in an 8-inch baking tray lined with parchment paper.
3. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes.
4. Let it cool for 20 minutes, then cut into squares and drizzle with more ÍON Coffee & Almond Oil.

– 1 cup sugar
– 2 eggs
– 4 tbsp ÍONCoffee & Almond Oil
– 1/2 cup dark chocolate (melted) or cocoa powder
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1/3 cup chocolate chips
– Handful of almond flakes
