Steps
1.Cut a whole orange and blend it into a puree with ÍON Poppy Seed Oil. 2.Preheat oven to 170°C. Grease and line an 18 cm cake pan or a loaf tin. 3.Add to the orange puree 3 eggs and 1 cup caster sugar. 4.Add 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour and 2 tbs poppy seeds; blend until heavenly. 5.Pour the batter into the prepared pan and let the oven work its magic for approximately 45 minutes.
