Delivery

All orders are normally posted within one to two working days of receiving them unless there are exceptional circumstances. All deliveries are normally sent by An Post.

• Currently we only deliver within the Republic of Ireland .

• Delivery cost is € 6. If your purchase is more than € 60 the delivery is free.

We reserve the right to charge extra for postage if circumstances demand

Returns Policy

the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from us, you can exchange your items for alternative products or receive a refund.

Please note that your refund will include your initial postage costs but not the postage costs required for you to post the return back to us.

To request a return or exchange, please email us at ionorganicoil@gmail.com with your name and order information and then we will advise you about the next stage.

Refunds will only be processed if the goods are unopened and in perfect condition for re-sale.

In accordance with current legislation, you have the right to cancel your order and sales contract with us within 14 calendar days, which starts from the day after you have received your items.
