1. Start by marinating the tofu: In a bowl, combine the cubed tofu with 2 tablespoon of ÍON Oil Tofu Spices Organic Mix, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, and the juice of one orange. Allow the tofu to marinate for at least 15 minutes, or longer if time allows. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of ÍON Hemp Seed Oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated tofu cubes and cook until golden and crispy on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the tofu from the skillet and set aside. 3. In the same skillet, heat the remaining tablespoon of ÍON Hemp Seed Oil. Add the sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, carrots, onion, and broccoli florets. Stir-fry the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender-crisp. 4. While the vegetables are cooking, prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, combine the remaining marinade from the tofu with 100ml of water. Mix well to combine. 5. Once the vegetables are cooked to your liking, return the tofu to the skillet. Pour the sauce mixture over the tofu and vegetables, and stir to coat everything evenly. 6. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly and everything is heated through. 7. Serve the vegetable stir-fry with tofu hot, over cooked rice or noodles. 8.
